Discovery & Solo — Now Open

Your greatest work
is next.

The first purpose-built community for experienced professionals becoming first-time entrepreneurs.

The Moment

You have the expertise, the network, and the drive.

What you need is the tools, methodology, and peer community to make the leap.

Why Now

Three forces converging.

Longevity & Population Aging

130M Americans will be 50+ by 2031. Extended healthspans mean decades of productive years ahead.

The AI Revolution

Non-technical leaders can now build and scale businesses using AI and no-code tools — keeping teams small and costs low.

Older Founders Win

Research from MIT and Harvard: a 50-year-old founder is 1.8× more likely to build a successful company than a 30-year-old.

The Programs

Three programs, meeting you where you are.

We're inviting members to apply to our programs. Each one is built for a different stage of the leap — from still deciding, to ready to go it alone, to ready to build something bigger.

Discovery

Who it's for
“Would-be” builders who lack a clear idea and aren't ready to commit, and would-be acquirers still searching and evaluating.
What it is
Facilitated group sessions with occasional guest speakers, a Slack channel for async discussion. 1–2 hours/week.
Cohort
8–12
Fee
$300/month

Solo

Who it's for
Ready to go independent and want help getting started — including bootstrapped founders and professional-services solopreneurs (legal, accounting, consulting, investment).
What it is
Lite advisory, service-provider curation, and peer cohort community. Mix of virtual and in-person, 3–4 hours/week.
Cohort
8–12 (initial)
Fee
$900/month

Incubator

Who it's for
Identified problem to solve plus a plausible business hypothesis, expecting to raise capital, a track record of execution, ready to build full-time.
What it is
Advisory, service-provider curation, ops setup, peer cohort community, and capital. Mix of virtual and in-person, 6–8 hours/week.
Cohort
8–12 (initial)
Fee
Financials to be finalized soon

2HV Discovery

Thinking About Your Next Chapter — But Not Ready to Commit?

You know your next chapter should be entrepreneurial. What you don't know yet is whether that means building something new or acquiring an existing business — and that's exactly the point of 2HV Discovery. It's a shorter, lower-cost on-ramp for people who aren't ready for the full incubator but want lite structure, peers, and a pathway to a decision. Add your name and we'll let you know when the next cohort opens. If you're ready to go independent or simply start building without a team, join Solo. If you already know you're building and ready to raise capital, join the Incubator.

2HV Solo

Ready to Go Out on Your Own?

You know you want to work for yourself — as a solo consultant, advisor, or small-scale operator — or you want to start small and bootstrap before going bigger. 2HV Solo gives you lite advisory support, curated service providers, and a peer cohort to help you get moving, without the full commitment of the Incubator. If you're ready to build something bigger and expect to raise capital, the Incubator may be the better fit.

About the Founder

Stuart

Founder & Managing Director

"I've walked this path. As a co-founder and executive at a VC-backed healthcare startup, and after multiple venture-builds inside a global multi-billion dollar company, I know what it takes to make the leap from executive to entrepreneur. In my mid-40s, I was a fish out of water in a tech startup accelerator. 2H Ventures exists so you don't have to be."
